Since 1999, Dr. Kazzaz has been practicing in Dubai, where she was the first full-time female plastic surgeon in the United Arab Emirates. In recognition of her involvement in establishing the Emirates Plastic Surgery Society (EPSS) in the UAE, she received the Appreciation Award from EPSS in June 2004
